Documentation
For Home Equity Refinance Loans
  • Paystub(s) documenting at least 30 days of income for each salaried borrower. (Weekly = 5 paystubs, bi-weekly = 3 paystubs, semi-monthly = 2 paystubs and monthly =1 paystub)
  • Signed copies of your most recent 2 years tax returns for self-employed borrowers.
  • Copy of your most recent mortgage statement or name, phone number & loan number for the loan. If you have a 2nd lien, we will need the same info for the 2nd lien loan.
  • Declaration page for your homeowner's insurance policy. The page with your coverages, cost and agents name & phone number.
  • Copy of your Title Policy, if available.
  • Copy of your Property Tax Receipts. We may be able to get this online.
  • Most recent Survey of property. The survey can usually be re-used if no changes have been made to the property since the survey was completed.

This is a general list of the documents required for most home equity loans. Other documents may be required for your loan. A cover letter will be included in your loan package that will provide a more specific list of documents required from you.
